By making a reservation, you declare that you accept the Reservation Policy and Operating Rules of the space described at the bottom of the page.

Please note that reservations are exclusively for lunch and dinner. For drinks service, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

If there is no availability for the desired date or time, we inform you that every day we keep a space reserved for walk-ins (clients without reservations), ensuring the possibility of service on a first-come, first-served basis. We look forward to welcoming you and will do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible.

Reservations Policy

1. Grace Period

15 minutes - We appreciate your punctuality. We cannot guarantee the reservation in case of delay longer than the grace period.

2. Reservation Duration

Each reservation has a maximum duration of 2 hours (with an extra 15 minutes tolerance for group reservations), so that we can make space for subsequent reservations.
In the summer period, if you wish to spend the day with us, we invite you to reserve one of our sunbeds or Balinese beds. Please send your request to:: reservations@zephyrtribe.pt.

3. Reservations for Groups

If you wish to make a reservation for more than 10 people, please send your request to: reservations@zephyrtribe.pt.

4. One Reservation per Name

Our reservation system does not allow more than one reservation under the same name. The system will automatically keep the most recent reservation.

5. Table Allocation

Reservations are by default directed to the indoor area due to unpredictable weather conditions.
We do our best to allocate the desired table; however, we cannot guarantee specific tables or areas.

6. Reservations for Meals Only

Table reservations are for customers who wish to have lunch or dinner with us. If you only want to consume drinks, it is not possible to make a reservation. You can visit us and we will try to find a table or sofa on the terrace.

7. Seating for Groups

We cannot guarantee that groups of different reservations will be seated together. We ask that you contact us by email at
reservations@zephyrtribe.pt for large group bookings.

8. Celebrations/Special Events

On event/celebration days where tickets are sold, dinner reservations are not accepted. We will serve on a first-come, first-served basis, prioritizing customers with tickets. Please check our programming schedule on the website and/or social media.



Operating Rules

To ensure harmonious coexistence, we ask all customers to respect our operating rules.

1. Behavior and Use of Space

• Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is not permitted inside the space, including the terrace. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
• Customers must occupy only one seat per person. It is not permitted to lie on the poufs on the terrace or occupy poufs/cushions excessively, nor to move poufs from one table to another without the permission of the staff.
• Partial nudity is not permitted, namely being bare-chested in the space. Zephyr maintains a casual yet respectful environment.
• The use of sportswear or beachwear is not permitted inside the restaurant during lunch and dinner hours.
• Board games, cards or other activities that may interfere with the experience of other customers are not permitted.

2. Respect and Coexistence

• All customers are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other customers.
• Excessive noise, hands-free phone calls or any behavior that disturbs the environment should be avoided.
• Management reserves the right to ask any customer to leave if they are causing discomfort or disrespect to other customers or staff.
• Consumption of alcoholic beverages should be moderate. In case of excess consumption, we reserve the right to deny service and ask you to leave the premises.

3. Use of Tables and Length of Stay

• In the event of a large flow of customers, the maximum length of stay at the tables is 2 hours (with a 15-minute tolerance for groups) to make room for other reservations and/or customers in the waiting line.
• The space is intended for consumption, so we ask that customers consume appropriate amounts of food during their stay at Zephyr.
• If a customer occupies a table for a long period of time without consuming anything, we reserve the right to request the table to seat other waiting customers.
• Customers should not move tables or push chairs together without speaking to staff. Our team will be happy to help you find the best arrangement, ensuring everyone's comfort.
• The use of computers is permitted, only with management authorization and during times of lower customer flow. Use of computers or study/meeting areas is not permitted during lunch and dinner hours.

4. Reservations and Delays

• Due to the large number of reservation requests, reservations have a time limit of up to 2 hours (with a 15-minute tolerance). We ask that all members of the reservation arrive at the scheduled time, as it may not be possible to extend or postpone the reservation to the following time.
• Due to the large number of requests, we consider that any delay of more than 15 minutes may lead to cancellation of the reservation.

5. Pets

• Pets are only allowed on the terrace area. They must be on a leash and owners must ensure their good behavior so as not to cause inconvenience to other customers.

6. Payments and Consumer Policy

• If you want an invoice with CPF, you must request it before paying the bill
• It is not permitted to bring food or drinks from outside.
• During times of high traffic, it may not be possible to split bills at the time of payment in the case of large groups.
