Please note that reservations are exclusively for lunch and dinner. For drinks service, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
15 minutes - We appreciate your punctuality. We cannot guarantee your reservation if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.
Each reservation has a maximum duration of 2 hours to accommodate subsequent bookings. If you wish to spend the day with us, we invite you to reserve one of our sunbeds or Balinese beds. Please send your request to: reservations@zephyrtribe.pt.
If you wish to make a reservation for more than 8 people, please send your request to: reservations@zephyrtribe.pt.
Our reservation system does not allow more than one reservation under the same name. The system will automatically keep the most recent reservation.
We strive to allocate the desired table; however, we cannot guarantee specific tables or areas.
Table reservations are for customers who wish to have lunch or dinner with us. If you only wish to have drinks, reservations are not possible. You may visit us, and we will try to find a table or sofa on the terrace.
We cannot guarantee that groups from different reservations will be seated together. We request that you contact us via email at reservations@zephyrtribe.pt for large group reservations.
On event/celebration days where tickets are sold, a fee equivalent to 50% of the ticket price may be charged for reservations made during the event. Please check our program schedule on our website and/or social media.
